  • Co-lead defense counsel in wage-and-hour class action for a multi-billion-dollar client. 
  • Co-lead national counsel for leading manufacturer of military and law-enforcement protective equipment.
  • Member of a seven-person trial for a Fortune 100 client that obtained a defense verdict on all claims related to a medical device.
  • Integral member of a four-person trial team that assumed control of a nationwide consumer class action less than four months before trial, post-discovery, and successfully guided the matter through trial to a favorable settlement.
  • Lead counsel for a Fortune 500 client in securing a pivotal ruling enforcing a foreign forum selection clause.
  • Deposed critical witness in a product liability case with eight-figure exposure for Fortune 100 client and obtained key admissions, prompting the opposition to dismiss claims associated with more than 80% of their alleged damages the following week.
