Representative Matters

  • Represented prominent loan servicer in multiple loan originations of structured finance whole business securitization transactions. 
  • Led the acquisition of several hundred thousand acres of forestland across the United States, Canada and Latin America on behalf of forest investment management company.
  • Advised data center developers in acquisitions and ground leases for major data center projects.
  • Closed over 100 commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions across the United States across a variety of asset types.
