  • Obtained reversal of $5.4 million default judgment in Ninth Circuit appeal related to violations of discovery orders.
  • Argued novel constitutional issue in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
  • Assisted a multinational oil and gas company regarding an internal review of compliance with economic sanctions.
  • Provided compliance trainings to executives of “supermajor” oil and gas company.
