He has served as the lead or co-lead attorney in several trial matters, injunction proceedings, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings as well as dozens of appellate matters.
He has also conducted internal investigations into allegations of corporate misconduct, litigated over thirty securities fraud and fiduciary duty matters, tried numerous matters related to the oil and gas industry, and served as counsel of record in appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court as well as multiple federal and state appellate courts.
