  • Represented a talcum powder manufacturer in three consolidated ovarian cancer cases resulting in a defense verdict.
  • Represented a talcum powder manufacturer in an ovarian cancer trial resulting in a defense verdict.
  • Represented a sealing product manufacturer in a mesothelioma trial resulting in a directed verdict on the issue of causation.
  • Represented a hospital in a medical malpractice trial resulting in a defense verdict.
  • Represented a sealing product manufacturer in a mesothelioma trial, arguing and obtaining a directed verdict on the issue of duty in para-occupational exposure cases (affirmed on appeal in a reported decision).
