  • Prevailed at summary judgment in federal court action on behalf of Fortune 500 corporation arising out of contractual dispute with distributor.
  • Resolved federal securities class action against investment bank for fraction of claimed damages after submission of motion for summary judgment.
  • Defeated motion for preliminary injunction in federal court alleging violation of consumer protection statutes.
  • Represented consumer package goods company in numerous contractual and state law disputes terminating in favorable settlements.
  • Defended top ten broker-dealer against antitrust claims related to trading of bonds in multiple sectors of fixed income market.
  • Represented financial institutional in investigation launched by European Securities and Market Authority concerning credit ratings.
  • Conducted internal investigation for public company concerning allegations of accounting fraud.
  • Terminated federal court bankruptcy adversary proceeding on behalf of investment bank through successful withdrawal of reference.
  • Responded to SEC information requests on behalf of financial institution in matter closed with no further proceedings.
  • Advised Delaware corporation on potential litigation risks arising out of unsolicited merger offer.
  • Counseled financial institutional on potential exposure in connection with setting litigation reserved arising out of potential claims asserting breach of RMBS trust agreements.
