He has trial experience practicing both civil and criminal law. As a former state prosecutor representing the interests of the nearly 40 million citizens of the state of California, Robert prosecuted crimes including illegal firearms, domestic violence, and sexual assault. While there, Robert was also part of groundbreaking diversion programs focused on rehabilitating those suffering from issues of mental health, poverty, and drug addiction.
