He represents developers, sponsors, and investors, including REITs, investment funds, and family offices, in all aspects of complex real estate and corporate transactions. Rob regularly advises on the acquisition, financing, operation, leasing, and disposition of properties in various asset classes throughout the country, from multifamily and build-to-rent to industrial and mixed-use. Rob works with clients on all phases of their projects, assisting from letter of intent to closing and often solving challenging title and survey issues along the way. In addition, serving as a member of the real estate private equity and joint venture practice group, Rob has significant experience in forming, negotiating, and structuring joint ventures and other investment vehicles.
