Richard Schuler

Richard focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions nationwide, with an emphasis on affordable and workforce housing developments. He represents both for-profit and nonprofit developers in all phases of real estate transactions, helping clients navigate complex acquisitions, dispositions, financing arrangements, leasing matters, and portfolio transactions.

Drawing on experience in private practice and in-house as associate... general counsel for a single-family rental investment services platform, Richard brings a practical, business-oriented perspective to his clients' real estate objectives. He advises developers, owners, investors, and operators on structuring and closing transactions efficiently while managing legal and commercial risks.
