Miranda concentrates her legal practice on complex commercial litigation, banking and financial services litigation, bankruptcy litigation, employment law, insurance coverage, energy-related disputes, and trade secret litigation. She has experience litigating in both state and federal courts throughout Texas as well as representing clients in commercial arbitrations.

Miranda concentrates her legal practice on complex commercial litigation, banking and financial services litigation, bankruptcy litigation, employment law, insurance coverage, energy-related disputes, and trade secret litigation. She has experience litigating in both state and federal courts throughout Texas as well as representing clients in commercial arbitrations. 

Miranda had the honor to serve as a law clerk for United States District Judge David Hittner, which proved to be a truly invaluable experience. There she was exposed to a wide variety of disputes (both civil and criminal), spent a significant time in the courtroom, and, most importantly, gained clear insight into what judges and juries expect from the attorneys who appear before them. Miranda has taken the knowledge and experience from her clerkship into practice, where she provides practical advice to efficiently and successfully resolve disputes.
