Preferred Equity Transactions

  • Represented a preferred equity investor in connection with a $6,450,000 investment in a multifamily residential project located in Florida.
  • Represented a preferred equity investor in connection with a $6,200,000 investment in a portfolio of multifamily residential projects located in Texas.
  • Represented a preferred equity investor in connection with a $7,800,000 investment in a portfolio of multifamily residential projects located in Texas, which was subsequently assigned to Fannie Mae.
  • Represented a preferred equity investor in connection with a $9,130,000 investment in a portfolio of multifamily residential projects located in Texas, which was subsequently assigned to Freddie.
  • Represented a preferred equity investor in connection with a $15,000,000 investment in a multifamily residential project located in Arizona.

  • Represented the Mezzanine Lender in a $3,075,000 bridge financing of a multifamily property in Texas.
  • Represented the Mezzanine Lender in a $1,175,000 bridge financing of a multifamily property in Tennessee.

  • Represented the Senior Lender in a $14,350,000 bridge financing of a multifamily property in South Carolina.
  • Represented the Senior Lender in a $23,869,000 bridge financing of a multifamily property in Texas.
  • Represented the Senior Lender in a $55,000,000 bridge financing of a multifamily property in Texas. 

Real Estate Financings 

  • Represented a private debt fund in a $104,000,000 real estate loan transaction in connection with the acquisition and operation of an Indianapolis rental center.
  • Represented a private debt fund in a $72,260,000 real estate loan transaction in connection with the acquisition and operation of a twin tower office center in Indianapolis.
  • Represented a private debt fund in a $42,575,000 real estate loan transaction in connection with the acquisition and operation of an apartment complex located in Houston, Texas.
  • Represented private debt fund in a $21,000,000 real estate loan transaction in connection with the acquisition and operation of an Atlanta condominium building.

Credit Tenant Leases

  • Represented institutional investors in the credit tenant lease financing of three Canadian casinos (initial principal amount $15,000,000 CDN).
  • Represented (as the sole associate) institutional investors in the credit tenant lease financing of a Veterans Affair Outpatient Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas (initial principal amount $48,000,000).
  • Represented institutional investors in the credit tenant lease financing of a hotel located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (initial principal amount $4,793,642).
  • Represented institutional investors in the credit tenant lease financing of four hotels located in Arizona (aggregate initial principal amount $1,150,000).
