Matt has extensive experience coordinating complex and strategic discovery and trial matters for national litigation. In this capacity, he has deposed central fact and expert witnesses, written and argued dispositive and other pre-trial motions, prepared and defended corporate and expert witnesses, and prepared witnesses to testify before a federal grand jury and at trial.
