His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense, investigations and compliance in both state and federal venues, whether at trial or in mediation and arbitration. He has counseled Fortune 500 companies in an array of contexts, including business disputes, breaches of contract, regulatory challenges, securities issues, corporate governance, and internal investigations. His practice has a particular emphasis on labor and employment issues, including litigation over restrictive covenants, employment discrimination, and medical leave, as well as counseling clients on issues relating to corporate raiding, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation.
