Experience

  • More than a decade of experience involved in multiple, national medical device tort litigations (including an MDLs), playing a key role developing overall defense strategies, defending corporate witness depositions, and working up expert witnesses
  • Served on trial teams (including as second chair) in more than 15 federal and state court trials across eight states
  • Serves as national discovery counsel for a leading international tire manufacturer, with significant experience coordinating and managing corporate discovery across numerous cases in multiple jurisdictions and in conjunction with multiple law firms
  • Serves as national discovery counsel for a leading automotive company
  • Deposed numerous plaintiffs, plaintiffs’ experts, and other key fact witnesses; also prepared and defended countless corporate witness depositions, including 30(b)(6) witnesses as well as experts
