- Successfully briefed and argued Llanfair House Nursing Home v. Estate of Ethel Litchult, 198 N.J. 473, 968 A.2d 1189 (2008) wherein the Appellate Division affirmed the lower court’s decision denying defendant’s motion to set aside a default judgment in favor of Madelyn’s client
