Lyndsey is a member of the litigation team where she focuses on bad-faith insurance defense, commercial business disputes, consumer financial services litigation, products liability litigation, and employment litigation. Lyndsey also has experience advising and counseling clients on a broad range of complex insurance coverage issues, as well as design and defense of diversity and inclusion programs in higher education.  

Lyndsey has significant appellate experience as a former assistant district attorney at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, where she wrote appellate briefs and argued several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
