  • Served as buyer’s counsel in multiple stock purchase transactions for one of the largest worldwide providers of aircraft equipment and onboard systems for commercial, regional, and business aircraft
  • Acted as buyer’s counsel for one of the world’s leading providers of lighting fixtures and related products and services in the acquisition of a manufacturer of lighting products
  • Represented numerous U.S. subsidiaries of a foreign architectural and construction products company in the acquisition of over a dozen businesses (including investments in joint ventures in the concrete masonry and home and garden segments)
  • Served as seller’s counsel for an environmental remediation business, including the sale of its solid waste processing and hazardous waste storage facility
  • Acted as buyer’s counsel to a financial services industry consolidator in the acquisition of more than 30 companies
  • Acted as seller’s counsel to a commercial financial services company in its $750 million sale to an investment banking, securities, and management firm
  • Represented a publicly traded manufacturer of lawn and garden equipment in the sale of substantially all the assets of a subsidiary
