Jordan primarily focuses his practice on commercial and employment litigation. He has experience navigating high stakes matters including complex disputes such as class action and collective action defense. Jordan has represented employers in defending against discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, as well as misclassification claims under the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act (NCWHA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). In addition to counseling businesses and executives, Jordan also represents individuals in a wide array of civil matters including constitutional litigation in state and federal court. He has successfully litigated ballot access disputes and other related election law matters at all levels, including the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Jordan also has experience advising clients in corporate formation and governance, in addition to handling fast-paced litigation involving employee mobility issues related to trade secret protections and covenants not to compete.
