Jennifer advises and represents corporate and individual clients in appellate matters across a range of industries, with a focus on product liability and consumer warranty issues in the automotive and medical device sectors. Her practice spans appeals and writ proceedings in California and beyond, including matters before the California Supreme Court and intermediate Courts of Appeal, and the Ninth Circuit. She develops and executes strategies to frame and resolve legal issues for appellate review, from briefing through argument.
Extending this focus to the trial court, Jennifer works closely with trial teams to position cases for appeal, advising on issue preservation, dispositive motions, trial briefing, and post-trial strategy. She also works with and serves on amicus committees for various industry groups, including authoring amicus briefs to help shape legal positions in cases that influence the development of law.
In addition to her appellate practice, Jennifer maintains an active trial-level role. She leads complex discovery efforts, directing national and regional programs across multiple industries and coordinating strategy across jurisdictions and high-volume case portfolios. Her trial work spans product liability, consumer fraud and breach of warranty, employment, and commercial matters.
