- Lead counsel for software company asserting claims in arbitration for liquidated damages and return of substantial advance to former customer and defending against claims of botched implementation. Prevailed on all counts following arbitration hearing.
- Lead counsel for software company asserting claims in arbitration for liquidated damages and defending against claims of failed implementation and improper termination. Defeated TRO seeking to restore service, then resolved case on favorable terms prior to arbitration hearing.
