Jackie focuses her practice on both routine and complex litigation in state and federal courts, as well as a range of corporate legal matters.  Her experience spans a broad spectrum of legal issues, including complex commercial disputes, toxic tort litigation, securities and corporate governance matters, internal investigations, and business transactions.  

Before joining the firm, Jackie gained valuable legal experience as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. During law school, she served as a summer associate at both a national and a regional law firm. She completed an externship with the West Virginia University Office of General Counsel, where she assisted with various university-related legal matters.  

Jackie brings a strong financial background to her legal practice, having worked as a corporate financial analyst at an international consulting firm prior to law school.

She is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Corporate practice groups, regularly assisting clients across a wide range of industries.
