Hendrik brings more than 25 years of experience as a leading M&A attorney and senior private equity executive representing private equity funds, companies and family offices. His unique blend of legal and private equity investment experience, combined with a deep focus on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, enables him to deliver differentiated value to clients.

Over the course of his career, which includes more than 16 years as a M&A and corporate finance attorney, Hendrik has held various leadership positions including Global Head of Private Equity Investments & Buyouts at a leading Am Law 100 firm. From 2013 to 2024, he served as president and CEO of an international private equity fund managing $120 million in assets, while also overseeing a $110 million private credit fund based in New York. As founder of both funds, he chaired their investment committees and played a central role in developing and executing investment strategies.
