Her practice includes representing developers and owners in connection with entity formation and structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, and the development and operation of multifamily housing communities.
She regularly handles matters involving the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, debt financing and refinancing transactions, property conveyances, and partnership interest transfers. Heather also counsels clients on affordable housing financing programs and other funding sources that support the development and preservation of multifamily housing. Outside of acquisition and financing closing transactions, she regularly assists clients with the day-to-day issues that arise while operating an apartment complex.
