Representative Experience

  • Closed hundreds of transactions representing life insurance companies, national commercial mortgage-backed securities lenders, and other fixed-income lenders
  • Assisted in the onboarding of new loan programs for various clients
  • Advised as program counsel in the drafting and revision of form credit documents for various lenders

Representative Transactions

  • Represented national lender in a $120 million loan secured by a variety of multifamily residential apartments in Texas
  • Represented national lender in a $50 million construction loan for the development of a multifamily residential complex in Florida and represented mezzanine lender in a related $11 million mezzanine loan
  • Represented CMBS lender in a $46 million loan secured by a multifamily apartment complex in Georgia
  • Represented national lender in a $79 million loan secured by a mixed-use facility with retail and residential components in Pennsylvania
  • Represented national lender in a $39 million loan secured by a portfolio of industrial warehouses in North Carolina, Connecticut, and New Jersey
