Frances’s experience encompasses a wide range of transactions for permanent and construction financing, including syndicated and single-lender credit facilities, CMBS loans, bridge loans, balance sheet loans, and mezzanine loans.   • Represented national lender in a $50 million construction loan for the development of a multifamily residential complex in Florida and represented mezzanine lender in a related $11 million mezzanine loan
  • Represented CMBS lender in a $46 million loan secured by a multifamily apartment complex in Georgia
  • Represented national lender in a $79 million loan secured by a mixed-use facility with retail and residential components in Pennsylvania
