Previous Professional Experience

  • Litigation Partner, New York Office of national law firm (2019–2024)
  • Practice Chair of Talc Litigation Group at national law firm (2022–2023)

Representative Matters

  • Obtained summary adjudication on behalf of a real estate development company in a breach of contract matter on a counter-claim for tortious interference resulting in the payment of substantial attorney’s fees and costs to the client. The matter was subsequently dismissed by Plaintiff just prior to trial.
  • Served as member of several trial teams on behalf of Fortune 500 company for complex litigation pending in California, Louisiana, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, New York, and Kentucky.
  • Developed litigation strategy on behalf of global consumer products company based on indemnification clause of Purchase Sale Agreement that resulted in tender of claims prior to purchase of product line.
  • Conducted or defended hundreds of fact and expert witness depositions.
