  • Member of trial teams that won defense verdicts in the first three MDL bellwether trials involving Factor Xa inhibitor anticoagulant litigation
  • Member of science team that achieved dismissal of thousands of cases based on Daubert rulings involving claims that a statin medication caused Type 2 diabetes
  • Member of trial teams that achieved six defense verdicts in a row in federal and state court hormone therapy cases
  • Decades of experience in products liability litigation involving prescription pharmaceuticals, OTC medications, infectious disease as well as environmental and occupational exposures
