- Member of trial teams that won defense verdicts in the first three MDL bellwether trials involving Factor Xa inhibitor anticoagulant litigation
- Member of science team that achieved dismissal of thousands of cases based on Daubert rulings involving claims that a statin medication caused Type 2 diabetes
