  • Managed a portfolio of cases for a corporate client to enforce its contractual rights throughout Massachusetts in both district and superior court by preparing complaints, drafting various other pleadings, engaging in discovery, and attending hearings.
  • Prepared for and attended arbitration hearings, including assisting in drafting all necessary post-hearing briefs and drafting an appeal of the arbitrator’s decision.
