Eleanor Jiwon Kim

Eleanor focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation as a member of the business and distribution litigation team. She works on a variety of matters, including franchise disputes and claims, business torts, products liability, and has a growing involvement in the realm of intellectual property. 

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk... at the Colorado Supreme Court, obtaining unique insight into appellate advocacy.
