Desiree is a highly experienced and strategic commercial litigator whose practice is principally focused on data breach and privacy litigation, as well as complex civil disputes in both state and federal courts. She routinely represents clients across a wide range of high stakes matters involving contract disputes, cybersecurity and privacy issues, fraud, RICO, telecommunications, intellectual property, trade secrets, unfair competition, and sports and entertainment. With a disciplined and hands on approach, Desiree manages all phases of litigation, from early case development and motion practice through trial and appellate proceedings.

In addition to her litigation practice, Desiree regularly advises companies during active and often time sensitive cyber incidents. She has experience supporting clients responding to insider threat activity, ransomware attacks, and other sophisticated cybersecurity events, helping them promptly assess potential exposure, coordinate cross functional response efforts, and proactively manage legal and regulatory risk.
