Representative Matters

  • Assisted in drafting and prevailed in motion to dismiss Consumer Protections and Procedures Act claim on behalf of a large regional hospital in a medical malpractice action pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

  • Assisted in drafting and prevailed in a motion for summary judgment for inadequate expert testimony and lack of proximate causation in a wrongful death lawsuit pending in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.

  • Drafted outlines and conducted both fact witness and plaintiff depositions in multiple personal injury lawsuits.
