The project includes over 1,000 residential units, 250,000 square feet of retail and dining components, as well as recreational facilities, including open green spaces and pedestrian pathways located in Coconut Creek, Florida. Served as transactional counsel.
- Represented an institutional client in the purchase of a large commercial and residential mixed-use project, with a development value in excess of $1 billion. The purchase included 76 parcels of land located in West Palm, Florida. Served as Florida counsel, providing assistance to review the transaction documents as well as the title, survey, and zoning.
