Prior to becoming an attorney, Carl served nearly 10 years in the United States Marine Corps (four years active duty, six years reserve duty), rising to the rank of Captain during his service. He has previously represented a range of clients from institutional lenders to real estate developers, and has experience in range of issues involving banking, finance, and real estate law, including office and retail leasing.
