  • Lead Georgia counsel for a $1 billion data center financing in Atlanta on behalf of a global financing group.
  • Represented a regional lender in closing a $6 million senior loan facility for the construction of a townhome development involving mezzanine financing, a ground lease, condominium, and brownfield components.
  • Assisted a regional lender with a $60 million capital call line of credit supporting private equity investments.
  • Advised a private lender on a $15 million participation financing for the acquisition and development of 292 vacant lots.
  • Represented a regional credit union in the $34 million financing of an industrial building with a ground lease and bonds-for-title structure.
  • Represented a lender in a $10 million employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) credit facility.
  • Represented a real estate capital company in the $12 million sale of a distressed Class A office building in the Midwest.
  • Advised a multinational bank on a $150 million CMBS financing of an industrial building with an LED billboard on the West Coast.
  • Advised a regional credit union in a $20 million refinancing of a multi-state shopping-center acquisition.
  • Handled Georgia local counsel opinion and compliance matters for a $345 million multi-state industrial property acquisition.
  • Represented a national lender in structuring and closing a $13 million acquisition loan for a branded hotel with PIP and condominium components.
  • Represented lenders in multiple government-guaranteed SBA 7(a) lending transactions.
  • Represented a community bank in obtaining FDIC and DBF approval for the formation of a wholly owned real estate holding subsidiary for the disposition of ORE, along with general corporate governance matters.
