- Represented a regional lender in closing a $6 million senior loan facility for the construction of a townhome development involving mezzanine financing, a ground lease, condominium, and brownfield components.
- Assisted a regional lender with a $60 million capital call line of credit supporting private equity investments.
- Advised a private lender on a $15 million participation financing for the acquisition and development of 292 vacant lots.
- Represented a regional credit union in the $34 million financing of an industrial building with a ground lease and bonds-for-title structure.
