  • Obtained an award of nearly $1million (including $400,000 in punitive damages) over claims of corporate raiding. Worked the case from the initial investigation through a two-week arbitration.
  • Obtained numerous full defense awards against a client’s former employees for repayment of funds owed to the client including interest, attorney’s fees, and costs; and defeated the former employees’ counterclaims. 
  • Obtained numerous temporary restraining orders in State and Federal Courts across the country for violations of restrictive covenants/non-compete agreements. 
  • Advised clients in everyday and long-term strategic employment decisions including compensation issues, discrimination and harassment issues, and the structure and implementation of employee training programs.
