  • Served as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials held in the federal as well as superior and state courts of Georgia
  • Served as counsel and trusted advisor to local governments in all phases of litigation, internal investigations, personnel training
  • Experienced in product and commercial liability litigation, employment litigation, complex litigation, and drug medical device litigation
  • Defended automobile manufacturers in product liability matters
  • Defended clients against charges of employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge
  • Counseled employers in hiring, employing, and firing employees and conducts pre-litigation internal investigations
  • Conducted internal investigations
