Andrea focuses her practice on commercial and toxic torts litigation, including defense of manufacturers and distributors in the automotive consumer products and commercial industries. She has significant experience in all phases of insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. Andrea’s prior civil litigation experience includes trials in district court, arguing dispositive and discovery motions in both district and circuit courts, taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and experts, as well as drafting motions involving complex legal issues. Andrea also has vast experience as an immigration attorney, representing clients in complex removal proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review through the Department of Justice in multiple jurisdictions.
