Adam is a member of the firm’s litigation group. After studying history in both undergraduate and graduate school, Adam attended law school, where he graduated first in his class. He now focuses his practice on business litigation, commercial litigation, business torts, and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He has experience across all stages of litigation, but he also regularly counsels clients on strategies to avoid litigation. His practice also includes working on e-discovery issues with the firm’s electronic discovery division, Encompass. Adam has represented clients in both state and federal courts and has experience advising clients on electronic discovery challenges that they face in litigation.

Experience

  • Practices in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability litigation, and e-discovery and litigation readiness.
  • Has defended companies in state and federal court in matters alleging trade secret and non-compete claims.
  • Has defended financial advisors and broker dealers in transition matters in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums.
  • Has worked with expert witnesses through all stages of litigation, including retention, discovery, and trial testimony, to develop and implement liability and damages strategies. 
  • Has represented clients in state and federal courts, self-regulatory organizational tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution settings, as well as in responding to government subpoenas and information requests.
  • Has advised clients on defensible approaches to the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information and helps develop strategies for clients to address electronic discovery challenges in litigation.
