Rebecca focuses her practice on corporate, venture capital, and international transactions, with particular emphasis on Latin American markets and the FinTech sector. She advises emerging growth companies, founders, and investors across a broad range of transactional matters, including early-stage and growth financings, cross-border deals, and complex corporate governance.
