  • Development, documentation and operation of planned and mixed-use communities, condominiums, condominium hotels, hotels, rental management programs, and homeowners' associations

  • Acquisition at foreclosure sale and development of a mixed-use planned community
  • Acquisition of unsold lots and amenities of a private club community
  • Acquisition and disposition of approximately 1 million acres of timberland throughout the Southeast since 2007 in multiple transactions
