 - Counsel health systems on operational and regulatory matters.
 - Assists medical device manufacturers, and the drug/pharma industry with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP)/MMSEA compliance and third party payer lien resolution strategies. Representative matters include among the largest repayment agreements negotiated with public and private payers resulting from mass tort settlement agreements and recalls; and the negotiation and administration of repayment agreements with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), state Medicaid agencies, and major private insurers.
 - Develops and administers integrated hospital/physician contract tracking, audit, and database management solutions.
 - Counsels healthcare providers and technology vendors on health information privacy and security obligations under HIPAA and the HITECH Act, including responses to HIPAA breaches and audit inquiries.
