  • Recently represented the sellers of four separate software companies in $280 million, $108 million, $60 million, and $18 million transactions, the sellers of an office equipment company in a $122 million transaction and the sellers of a billboard company in a $20 million transaction
  • Represented an international boat manufacturer, a golf cart manufacturer, and a private equity firm in buy side acquisitions
  • Represented the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority as Finance Counsel and assists with airline rate negotiation, infrastructure finance, and many other matters
  • Represented borrowers, including private Christian schools, issuers, and underwriters in tax exempt bond financing transactions
  • Worked for numerous clients raising money in private placement financing and institutional financing
  • Represented numerous not-for-profit and ministry organizations, including private Christian schools, statewide ministries, and large churches
