- Represented the monitor for the joint $25 billion consent judgments between the attorneys general of 49 states (every state but Oklahoma) and the District of Columbia, the federal government, and five banks and mortgage servicers resulting from the robo–signing and mortgage servicing foreclosure crisis. Judgments led to the first–ever nationwide reforms to the mortgage servicing industry. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau used the metrics and testing scripts Mr. Hanna helped to create in the course of this representation as the template for the new mortgage servicing rules
- Represented the developer of a regional mall located in Durham, N.C. during the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of the project
