Bradley D. Barringer

Brad uses his background in complex litigation to help clients navigate challenges in the areas of electronic discovery, records management and information governance, and litigation readiness. His electronic discovery experience includes development and implementation of discovery response strategies, representation of clients in disputes with opposing parties, and responses to governmental investigations and subpoenas.  Brad also... advises clients on information governance, records management, data privacy, and litigation readiness strategies, often using his background as a licensed professional engineer to bridge communication gaps between technology and legal teams. For many clients, he works to ensure that approaches to discovery in litigation and investigatory matters are consistent with defensible company-wide data governance strategies and policies.
