- Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, lending, long-term ground leasing and commercial leasing, corporate transactions and services, private and public land use restrictions and real property asset management
- Has represented both national and local developers and real estate investment firms, as well as property owners associations, municipalities, and quasi-governmental municipal development agencies
- Has assisted in numerous commercial real estate transactions, including negotiation, document drafting, title review, and survey
- Has advised and assisted clients' business objectives through formation and management of business entities, corporate governance, and contractual agreements
- Performed due diligence in multiple bulk acquisitions by client of residential properties regarding the property owners associations in order to ensure succession to declarant rights if available and minimize assessment payments
- Has drafted restrictive covenants under the common law, the Georgia Condominium Act, and the Georgia Property Owners Association Act, as well as other forms of private land use restrictions
