ATLANTA and MIAMI – Firm partners Richard B. North, Jr. and Matthew R. Schroll have been chosen as BTI Client Service All-Stars this year by BTI Consulting Group. They are among 293 lawyers recognized this year for delivering the "absolute best client service," according to the organization.

North was recognized for his service assisting clients in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Aviation Litigation practices, and Schroll earned plaudits for his client service in Product Liability Litigation.

According to BTI, Client Service All-Stars possess six traits. They are practical, savvy, and in the know; they are available, nimble and they are adept at dealing with complexity.

“This accolade acknowledges the importance we place on being a trusted advisor to clients – working with them to understand their business and their priorities, and working with them to anticipate issues they will face,” said North.

Based in Atlanta, North is an accomplished trial lawyer in the areas of medical device, pharmaceutical, product liability, and aviation litigation with a national practice. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, North has tried cases in 12 states and has been actively involved in pre-trial and discovery activities in every other state in the country, as well as in the territories of Guam and Puerto Rico.

Based in Miami, Schroll maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on products liability litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He currently serves as national coordinating counsel to a consumer products company for talc-related litigation.
