ATLANTA – Nelson Mullins Riley &Scarborough LLP Atlanta partner Sanjay Ghosh has been selected to join the Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) Fellows Class of 2021. Ghosh will serve a three-year term and will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the important work of LCJ.
LCJ has promoted excellence and fairness in the civil justice system since 1987 by working to meet the needs of its corporate and defense counsel members and confronting the challenges of business litigation. LCJ’s Fellows Initiative works to identify potential future leaders of the corporate and defense bar with emphasis on those who offer a diverse, unique, and fresh perspective and have a demonstrated interest in and commitment to civil justice reforms.
Ghosh has served as trial counsel in complex cases for pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer products, and plastic manufacturers, as well as various retailers, in federal and state court venues across the country.
