COLUMBIA, S.C. — Sally Caver, managing partner of Nelson Mullins' Columbia office (the firm's headquarters) and a corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, has been named an 2024 Influential Women of Law by South Carolina Lawyers Weekly. She was one of 22 attorneys selected to this year's list.
Caver concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Sally has extensive experience representing manufacturers in the automotive industry, including drafting and negotiating supply agreements, strategic commercial agreements, joint ventures, and other contracts. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and Clemson University, where she received her bachelors degree.
Caver is a member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, South Carolina Economic Developers Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
