One Energy Enterprises Inc. and TortoiseEcofin Acquisition Corp. III have declared their formal commitment to merge their businesses through a definitive Business Combination Agreement. One Energy Enterprises Inc. operates as an integrated provider of industrial power solutions and holds the position of being the largest installer of behind-the-meter, megawatt-scale wind energy systems in the United States. TortoiseEcofin Acquisition Corp. III specializes in facilitating the transition towards sustainable energy and operates as a special purpose acquisition company with this focus. The arrangement will take the form of a merger, resulting in the consolidation of One Energy's operations under the publicly traded entity, which will undergo a name change to become One Power Company.
