MIAMI — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to announce that Arturo Ross has joined the firm’s Litigation group in Miami. Ross brings nearly four decades of experience in labor and employment law and joins from Ogletree Deakins. 

Ross advises employers across a wide range of labor and employment matters, with deep experience in collective bargaining, strategic labor relations, and workforce planning related to plant closures, relocations, subcontracting, and multi-employer defined benefit plans. His practice also includes representing employers in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice litigation, and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in union organizing campaigns.

Ross has handled high-stakes labor and employment matters across industries including retail, wholesale distribution, transportation, warehousing, hospitality, health care, education, and manufacturing. He has also devoted substantial time to post-employment restriction counseling and litigation, including employment agreements, compensation structures, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
