HOUSTON — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to announce that Josh Redelman has joined the firm as a partner in the Houston office. He focuses his practice on employment law, litigation, and international employment advisory services. Redelman joins the firm from Clark Hill.

Redelman represents employers and executives in a wide range of employment matters, including trade secrets, restrictive covenants, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts. He also conducts workplace investigations and serves as outside employment counsel for companies, advising on executive agreements, workforce compliance, and employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions.

“Josh is a highly respected employment litigator and advisor who brings practical guidance to clients,” said Houston office managing partner Craig Dillard. “His addition strengthens our ability to provide forward-thinking solutions in complex employment matters and supports the continued growth of our Houston office.”

In addition, Redelman advises international clients on U.S. employment law and business expansion, helping companies navigate compliance, workforce management, and cross-border employment matters across industries such as energy, biopharmaceuticals, and technology.

“I am thrilled to join Nelson Mullins’ Houston office and contribute to the firm’s labor and employment practice,” Redelman said. “The firm’s collaborative culture provides an ideal platform to support companies and executives navigating complex employment issues across borders.”
